Join me for Made of More Summer Campa 12-week program for women ready to rewrite the voice in their head and build a life full of joy, self-trust, and creativity.

Based on the Made of More Podcast

Annoyed at always being annoyed?

You know the voice… the one in your head that complains about the dishes, the mess, the bedtime chaos, and then guilts you for feeling anything other than grateful? The voice that says “There’s no time for me anymore. Everyone else gets taken care of except me.”

That voice is keeping you from enjoying the beautiful life you've worked so hard to build. And if you don’t do something about it, you will find yourself in midlife, bitter, resentful, and no closer to the future of your imagination. We’ve all met that woman. Personally, I didn’t want to be her.

I created this 12-week “camp,” to guide you through the same shifts that changed everything for me—from resentful, irritable, and constantly frustrated to satisfied and lit up.

I’ll show you how to make space for creativity, self-expression, and joy in the life you’re already living, routines, responsibilities, and all. I want to guide you from negativity and limitation into vitality and joy.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You're annoyed all the time and you're over it
  • You constantly feel frustrated and exhausted
  • You find yourself scrolling or compelled to clean whenever you have a minute of free time
  • You find yourself rage cleaning, pushing, rushing, and burning out
  • You’ve become apathetic, going through the motions wondering “What’s the point?”
  • You crave more space for the things that light you up
  • You want more harmony with your husband and kids
  • You need something you can implement inside your intensely busy life

WHAT YOU GET

  • A friend and coach to help you figure out how to do the creative things you dream of
  • A weekly audio experience (short, encouraging, and perspective-shifting) to listen to on your own time
  • Bi-weekly live calls. Bring your kids, bring your dinner, come as you are for coaching and community (or use it as protected “me-time”). Meeting time TBD.
  • Additional support through Voxer (think short, encouraging voice notes throughout the week to keep the practices fresh)
  • Loving structure to help you reclaim creativity, stay connected to yourself, and make space for what matters to you

THE PROCESS

Month 1: We begin with the perspective shift that finally broke me out of my neverending overwhelm: the third perspective. Not the black-or-white, either-or thinking that kept me stuck in guilt and frustration, but the creative, reconciling and that becomes muscle memory for navigating hard moments with grace. This is how you break the loop of constantly feeling annoyed.

Month 2: Now that you’ve learned to disrupt the negative self-talk, this month we’ll practice quieting it down by practicing small acts of art. These micro-practices become your failsafe for finding beauty and relief in the mundane moments your critic has written off.

Month 3: Build trust in your transformed inner voice and make moves that refill your cup. The result? More satisfaction, more inspiration, more aliveness, right here, inside the life you’re already living. No perfect conditions required—you're already made of more.

You don’t need to carve out separate time for self-care, and you don’t need to sit on a therapist's couch. This is about habit building, micro-moments, small shifts. You can’t belittle or shame yourself out of negative self-talk—this is about creating change through fun and connection. Practice consistently and you’ll experience the big and beautiful changes it can bring. I’m here to guide you along the way.

By Labor Day, you'll have:

  • A reliable system for catching and redirecting negative self-talk
  • A fundamentally different relationship with your inner voice
  • Tools to be the woman you want to be, consistently

WHY “CAMP”?

You’re busy. You’re doing so much. You don’t need more therapy—you need a fun, uplifting experience to show you a new way of being. Why should your kids get to have all the fun? Moms get to have adventures, too. That’s what camp is for.

HOW YOU’LL FEEL WHEN IT’S OVER:

More connected to yourself. More creative. More purposeful. Less reactive. More patient with the people you love. Equipped with practices and perspectives that fit your real life. Inspired. Grounded. Reinvigorated. Hopeful.

About Your Host

I’m Zoe—the woman with a lifetime of experience in negative self-talk. (Just check out this drawing I made at 8 years old. “Another piece of crap!”)

After decades of therapy, self-help, spiritual study, and a lot of mistakes, I’ve found a genuine way out of negativity that has literally changed everything about my life.

Now I’m passionate about helping other women improve their self-talk so they can find more peace and fulfillment to share with their families and the world.
